Giving back -In 2026, during the first week of December, we will personally deliver one bag of coffee or tea for every 20 items sold to our local 24/7 first responders. Our goal is to personally deliver 100 bags of coffee as a small way to thank those who keep our community safe year-round.

NOTE: Not Prime... just personal. Every bag is crafted in small batches, sealed for freshness, and packed by hand. And your selected merchandise is individually printed. No conveyor belts, no shortcuts. Just care, quality, and a promise that your order was made the right way, shipped fresh in 7–10 days.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Items cannot be returned, because it is perishable goods or custom-made for you. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
